Council Tax Band Re-evaluation

We had our house re-evaluated recently, as some other similar houses in our road were one band lower than us. The reband failed unfortunately, otherwise we could have got £1600 back. Bit of a shame!

I also tried to get rebanded (unsuccessfully), but they sent a leaflet with some details. It's called "A Guide to accompany a Notice of Alteration to the Valuation List".
